The interview, featureing Joseph Weinberg of Shyft Network, Toly Kvitnitsky of Trulioo, RJ Reiser of KABN, and interviewer Ashton Addison of Crypto Coin Show, includes how digital identity can help verify customers during the onboarding process of emerging cryptocurrencies, and the potential of decentralized identity.

“You want to make sure that the user owns their identity and nobody is tracking it. There can’t be a central authority that manages it, tracks it, or even sells that data to another third party.”

The interviewees discuss how private keys can protect data by making it unreadable to anyone except the key holder, and how digital identity could soon start to feature in daily tasks such as credentials that verify doctors at a hospital, or act as proof of a university degree.
