The Berlin Declaration zeroes in on the potential and duty of public sector organizations to run digital transformations in EU member states.
“The Declaration acknowledges the public sector as an essential element for the European Single Market and a driving force for new and innovative technological solutions for public services and societal challenges.”
The Declaration sets out seven principles and policy actions recommended for EU member countries, and the Commission as a whole, to undertake.
